Mission Statement for Careage Management, LLC

Our mission is to provide a loving, dignified, home-like environment for our residents, a positive and rewarding work environment for our employees, and to be good citizens within the communities we serve.

This will be accomplished by:

Acting in the best interests of our residents and conducting ourselves as servants in their homes.

Maintaining our facilities to be in good repair, clean, aesthetically pleasing, bright and cheerful.

Entrusting the needs of our residents to compassionate and quality caregivers and service workers.

Addressing the needs of our residents, their families and the communities in which we serve in non-traditional ways.
