Careage Management Announces Acquisition of Cherokee Care CenterHilltop Care Center of Cherokee and Careage Management, LLC Reach AgreementDate -- October 10th, 1999 Sioux
City – Dan Myers, the President of Careage Management, LLC announces the
acquisition of the Hilltop nursing facility in Cherokee, Iowa.
Careage Management is based in Sioux City, Iowa.
Principals of Careage are Myers, Greg Grupp of Sioux City and Jim Schulte
of Omaha. Marilyn Peck will continue to be the Administrator of the
facility. No staffing changes will
occur according to Myers. Myers
adds, “We are very pleased to be in Cherokee. Northeast Nebraska and
Northwest IA is the area we plan on serving. We look forward to
working closely with the staff of Hilltop to make this a top quality provider of
care". Myers adds that being close to Sioux City will allow him to be an active contributor to the success of Hilltop and looks forward to being active not only in the care center but in Cherokee as well.
